We start by talking about your vision for the piece. This includes size, colors, mood, and any inspiration you want to share. You can send photos, tell me stories, share a piece of mine that your love, or describe a feeling you would like the work to capture. This part is less about being precise and more about letting me step into your vision so I can translate it into something tangible.

Once I understand your vision, you’ll receive a custom quote along with an estimated timeline for your piece. This includes any shipping or delivery details, so everything is clear from the start. If you’re working with a specific date, a limited number of rush placements are available to prioritize your piece within my schedule. When everything is aligned, I’ll send over a simple agreement outlining the details before moving into creation.

A non-refundable 50% deposit secures your commission and covers the cost of materials and initial work.

I'll begin creating your piece in my studio and will send you progress updates at key stages. This is your chance to give feedback before the final details are completed.

Once your piece is complete, you’ll receive final images for approval. At this stage, the work is considered finished, with only minor refinements available if needed. Once approved, the remaining balance is due prior to shipment or delivery.

Your piece will be professionally and carefully packaged with care and shipped. If you are local to, or reside within a 25-mile radius of, McKinney, TX, your piece will be hand-delivered to you ready to display.
