This Shipping Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions of shipping for purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Artwork

All artwork purchases include free shipping within the continental United States. We do not currently ship outside of the United States. While most items are delivered within 2–3 weeks, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as the size of the artwork, your location, the time of year, and carrier availability may affect delivery timelines.

For large canvas pieces, we may use private drivers to ensure safe delivery. While this is a highly reliable method, delivery schedules can be unpredictable. Drivers may not provide a guaranteed delivery window, but efforts will be made to maintain communication with you regarding delivery status. The purchaser agrees to be available to receive the delivery when notified.

Liability Disclaimer: Once the artwork is delivered to the shipping carrier or private driver, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the purchaser. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at carolineperryart@gmail.com with photographic evidence to assist in filing a claim with the carrier. We do not assume liability for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party carriers.

Final Sale: All artwork sales are final and non-refundable.

2. General Terms

Shipping Delays and Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.

Risk of Loss:
Once an item has been handed over to the shipping carrier or private driver, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the purchaser. We strongly recommend inspecting your items upon arrival. Any claims for damage during transit must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt by emailing carolineperryart@gmail.com with photos and a detailed description.

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to delays, lost profits, or emotional distress.

Governing Law:
This Policy and any disputes arising from your purchase will be governed by the laws of the state in which the seller operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Agreement:
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy.
